### What? In my studies throughout this module, I have predominantly demonstrated three professional values: integrity, empathy, and adaptability. These values have been essential not only for my personal development but also for fostering a positive learning environment. ### So What? **Integrity** is a value I upheld consistently by being honest in my academic submissions and group collaborations. For instance, during a group project, I ensured that all contributions were appropriately credited, and I addressed any instances of potential plagiarism promptly. This commitment to integrity not only strengthened our final submission but also fostered trust among team members, creating a supportive atmosphere for open communication. **Empathy** significantly shaped my interactions with peers, particularly in discussions involving differing opinions. For example, while participating in a debate on a sensitive topic, I made an effort to understand my classmates’ perspectives before offering my own. This approach helped to diffuse tension in the group, promoting a respectful dialogue and encouraging others to share their thoughts freely.
