**Abstract**
Tourism plays a pivotal role in Region 12 (SOCCSKSARGEN), providing opportunities for cultural exchange, economic development, and community enhancement. However, the region faces significant challenges that inhibit its potential as a premier tourist destination. Primarily, the absence of a central gateway facility restricts the promotion of the region's rich cultural heritage and diverse tourism attractions. This lack of a dedicated space to welcome visitors, showcase local arts and traditions, and provide essential services such as information centers and transport options hampers the region's ability to present itself as a holistic and engaging destination. Additionally, inadequate infrastructure at key access points, particularly in airports, diminishes the visitor experience and accessibility, highlighting the urgent need for improvements to support sustainable tourism growth. This study proposes the establishment of a "Regional Tourism Hub with an Integrated Intermodal Terminal," designed to serve as a central gateway that celebrates the region's cultural diversity while facilitating exploration. By integrating architectural strategies that minimize environmental impact, this initiative aims to enhance the tourist experience and strengthen the tourism industry in SOCCSKSARGEN, ensuring its development aligns with sustainability goals.
