**Burkina Faso**: Ibrahim Traoré (as of September 2022, following a coup)
**Cape Verde**: José Maria Neves
**Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast)**: Alassane Ouattara

**Guinea**: Colonel Mamady Doumbouya (following a coup in 2021)
