How to politely ask your friend if he’s Ok. As a meticulous person, you’ve observed how low energy he’s been. Ask If there’s anything bothering him or he’s going through a phase

You can approach your friend with kindness and concern by saying something like: "Hey [Friend's Name], I've noticed you've seemed a bit low energy lately, and I just wanted to check in on you. If there’s anything bothering you or if you’re going through a rough patch, I’m here to listen. You don’t have to share if you don’t want to, but I care about you and want to make sure you’re okay." This way, you express your concern while also giving him the space to share if he chooses to. Update (2024-10-04): You could respond with something supportive and encouraging, such as: "Thank you for sharing that with me. I'm glad to hear you're on the upswing. If you ever feel like talking about it or if there's anything I can do to help, just let me know. I'm here for you!" This way, you offer your support without putting any pressure on him to share more than he’s comfortable with.
