It sounds like you accidentally activated the Freeview Play feature on your Panasonic TV, but since you were able to return to Sky TV without any issue after restarting the TV, there’s likely nothing to worry about. Your Sky Q service should continue to work as normal. Accidental button presses or changes in settings can sometimes cause temporary confusion, but it typically doesn’t affect your subscription or service. If you've turned the TV off and on and Sky is still functioning, then everything should be fine. If you do notice any persistent issues or problems with your Sky service in the future, you might want to check your connections or consult Sky customer support for assistance. Otherwise, you should be good to go! Update (2024-07-22): It sounds like you are primarily using your Panasonic TV with Sky Q for your television viewing. When you accidentally pressed the Freeview Play button, it probably switched the input to Freeview for a moment. However, when you turned the TV back on, it defaulted back to the Sky Q input, which is why you were able to see your Sky programming again. As long as your Sky service is functioning properly and you can switch back to it without any issues, there is no need to worry. The incident you described is common and usually does not cause any problems. If you continue to experience any issues with your Sky service or the TV inputs, you may want to check the TV settings or contact Sky customer support for assistance. Otherwise, you should be all set to enjoy your Sky TV as usual!
